We have a truly amazing culture. We do not have a Mission/Vision/Values.. instead we have a Purpose/Promise/Values, as you see above. This is a culture that was fostered by the first generation and has only strengthened over the years..We call it "The SnoTemp Way". It is published on our website and is hung up proudly around the facilities. We truly walk our talk. I often see written on applicants applications, under reason for applying : "I have heard that this a great place to work". We have had employees part ways in hopes of the next best gig and often return stating that they didn't realize how great of a place SnoTemp is to work until they left... THEY ARE BACK WORKING FOR US NOW. We state that it is our job to grow our employees both as professionals and as individuals, and if it makes sense for that person to move on outside of our organization, we will do everything in our power to assist in facilitating a smooth and successful transition for that individual.
