Following its opening in early 1991, the Salt Lake City office has grown from a small cadre of transactional attorneys into a full-service practice that serves Utah’s rapidly growing business community. Today, more than 50 lawyers comprise our Salt Lake City office, making it one of the largest law offices in Utah. Our attorneys serve clients of all types, including Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded corporations, emerging businesses, and individual entrepreneurs.

Purpose
Established in 1938, Snell & Wilmer is an Arizona institution with a long history, including establishing its Salt Lake City office in early 1991. The firm provides legal counsel to its regional, national and international clients, which include major corporations, educational and research institutions, municipalities and government agencies, nonprofits, charitable organizations, industry executives and high-net-worth individuals.
