Additional Culture Details
We have a culture at Slayton Wireless that is inclusive, diverse, respectful, and most of all a feeling of family. We communicate to all employees weekly via meetings, conference calls, email messages, GroupMe, etc., if anything we tend to over communicate. Our communication methods are not just between employees and their supervisor, it is at all levels, even the highest levels. The President and COO along with other executives, Director of HR, Director of Sales, CFO and Vice President of Operations, all travel to stores and meet with the employees one on one and as a team. We want them to know they are valued, respected, and that we appreciate their ideas. We win together and we lose together as a team. Collectively the above boils down to a large company with small company values that makes all our employees feel like they are a part of the family.
