Since SKG is a provider of furnishings for corporate offices, healthcare and higher education, a big part of what we do is understand our clients’ culture and how to nurture it in their workplace. We decided to be our own client and examine our culture. Following a series of surveys, workshops and ideations, we decided on four pillars to build our corporate culture: Health and wellness, elements of convenience, team building, and social activities.
