Sirona Recovery
Sirona Recovery, a subsidiary of The Difference Principle, aims to improve the quality of life for individuals and strengthen communities through collaboration, shared resources, and multi-disciplinary problem-solving strategies.
The Difference Principle provides evidence-backed management and administrative services to nonprofit organizations. We were founded for two reasons - first, to provide a home for the administrative functions of several sister organizations already in existence, and second, to create the ability for other high-performing nonprofit organizations to unburden themselves from the administrative requirements of their organization so as to focus solely on fulfilling their mission statements.

Purpose
Our staff meet everyone seeking our services with no preconceived notions or judgement, only a desire to meet our consumers where they are and to work toward the individual goals chosen by each. Sirona Recovery staff utilize evidence-based and evidence-informed practices and programming wherever possible in all service delivery. At root, Sirona Recovery is our staff – individuals selected for their dedication, passion, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the consumers and communities with which we work. For us, success is measured by reflecting upon the wellbeing of the consumers that trust us to join them on their journey of recovery and wellbeing.

Sirona Recovery value and understands the importance of diversity and inclusion. Moreover, our values align with equity and fairness for all. Diversion and inclusion is a mission that we recognize as an asset but most importantly, we realize the most valuable asset is our employees. We have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee focused on three areas: Training and Professional Development, Recruitment and Retention, and Education and Celebration. Each focus includes goals and objectives that align with the overall mission for providing a a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
