Best place I have ever worked. Why? The firm is aligned around values first, and doing great work second (and saying that great work is "second" is saying a lot, because the standard of excellence is high). But, at bottom, the DO THE RIGHT THING and employee-first core value is the one that resonates and informs everything else at the firm.
