Shoptech Software sells ERP software that allows manufacturers to track everything from where any job is on the shop floor to how much a job cost them to run. Shoptech started in Cincinnati on the manufacturing floor of a job shop in 1984 when two brothers created a solution to their shop’s problems. Now, decades later, the company has grown, but the drive to create something better hasn’t dimmed. Shoptech strives to be the best at helping their customers do their best and Shoptech knows that starts with their employees. Shoptech works hard to create a relaxed environment that allows their employees the freedom to try new things and to ask questions.
