The Servion Group was founded by three Minnesota credit unions who came together in the spirit of cooperation and collaboration to create an organization that could provide support to all three institutions. That spirit of collaboration has come to define The Servion Group’s culture. While we now have hundreds of employees and have diversified into five distinct lines of business, our culture has allowed us to remain focused and working toward a common goal as one united company. Our employees are encouraged to embrace their creativity and apply it to make business work better for our partners and for each other. We cultivate a “Be the Solution” mindset, which is our way of empowering employees to solve problems, take advantage of opportunities and in general make Servion a go-to resource for credit unions and community banks around the country.
