Since the onset of the pandemic, Sentinel has developed ways to maintain an informed and collaborative hybrid work environment. We instituted programs to keep interactions high in a virtual space and continue to do so as we head into 2022. We keep our employees engaged through weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and social opportunities to get together and have coffee or happy hour. In our weekly employee spotlight, we focus on an employee's work background and personal interests. From virtual events to special interest channels, employees can share their hobbies, such as reading or DIY projects.
