Additional Culture Details
Sentinel scrapped its annual performance review process for the majority of its workforce and replaced it with quarterly check-ins. Implementing quarterly check-ins resulted in employees having a greater voice in department concerns and goal setting, opened lines of communications between management and employee, and improved employee engagement.
