Since 1968, SEEM has served the students, parents, educators, and specialists in our member districts by:

Purpose
SEEM Collaborative, a non-profit public educational entity comprised of 10 school districts, exists to conduct educational programs and services, which shall compliment and strengthen the school programs of member school committees and increase educational opportunities for children when it is determined that such programs and services can most effectively and economically be provided on a collaborative basis.

We strive to improve outcomes for all students through collaboration and partnership with families, districts, and their communities.
Mission
SEEM Collaborative was founded under the premise that all children can learn and become positive contributors to our citizenry. The mission of SEEM collaborative is two- fold: 1) to support our districts in building their capacity to educate all students inclusively; (2) to provide students with unique learning and social-emotional needs an education that is meaningful, challenging and affords them the opportunity to fully realize their potential.
