Security Service Federal Credit Union strives to build a positive culture around its Core Values while also stressing the importance of patience and kindness. Not only do employees serve members with patience and kindness, but that is also how they serve their fellow peers.
Security Service believes in the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” Security Service strives to provide service beyond its lobby walls and into the communities where it operates. The credit union offers numerous volunteer opportunities throughout the year to serve many worthwhile, non-profit charitable organizations through its employee Volunteer Corps program. Employees donate their personal time to assisting with numerous programs ranging from passing out school supplies to kids in need, collecting and sorting food for local food banks, helping at the local animal shelters, serving seniors and veterans, and more.
Additionally, Security Service has built a positive work environment and culture through its Total Wellbeing program which assists employees in achieving optimal physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.
