I love my job because I am provided with the tools needs to perform my position. Management is involved our personal growth and growth is encouraged. I also love my job because they understand family and personal issues exist and will accommodate when needed.

I work with people that show grace and care. We have a CEO that truly cares about his employees.

I look forward to going to work every day. We are offered so many training opportunities to learn and are encouraged and inspired by our managers.

I am valued. I do not have to play the politics game to get my tasks completed in the most efficient way and even if my direct manager does not agree with my line of thinking, I am still able to present a topic with no pressure of it being "wrong".

Scott Credit Union has helped me grow into the position I'm currently in. I get to help people every day. I work for an amazing company that takes care of their employees. And I have the best manager ever.

I am included, cared about and I feel like I am giving opportunities to do what needs to be done to get my job done.
