Additional Culture Details
Sciton's world class technology is rivaled only by its culture. We are an organization marked by gratitude, appreciation, innovation, hard work and humility. It all stems from our motto: Do the Right Thing. In 2017, Sciton created a 'Culture Task Force' to give employees a place to voice their ideas, opinions and concerns, and in light of the Black Lives Matter movement, established a 'Social Justice League' to bring light to current social issues and highlight underrepresented voices in our community. We continue to partner with numerous local charities through food and toy drives, school supply donations, cancer awareness and STEM program fundraisers. Driven by continuous learning and a growth mindset, we read and study books as a company, sponsor professional development courses for individuals and teams, and invest significantly in leadership training because we believe our people are our greatest asset. And possibly best of all - we celebrate, often! Sciton brings new meaning to the phrase work family and we take pride in treating our people well!
