As such, SBD is implementing organizational changes to best align our resources and people with our strategic objectives and emerging growth opportunities. This includes implementation of the Solution and Innovation Center (SIC) which establishes new solution-focused horizontal capabilities in Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Data Science, and Enterprise Services. The SIC provides our staff with additional avenues for career growth and professional development, while also serving to strengthen our culture and overall technical capabilities.
