More than 3 million children, teens, adults, and businesses visit our 18 County Library branches and the Library’s Viridian Event Center, where thousands of free programs and millions of complementary resources and materials are available to them. We are an innovative community hub that provides equal access to information, technology, and resources. In addition to our 18 branches, we offer library services in the Salt Lake County Jail and early learning resources at South Main Public Health Center. Our online library, thecountylibrary.org, provides library cardholders books, ebooks, audiobooks, movies, television shows, music, and databases—24 hours a day, seven days a week.
