At Saint Jude Hospice, we allow for God’s Love to flow freely. Rooted in Christian Love and Guided by the Holy Spirit, we bring healing to those who face terminal illness when hope has changed from cure to comfort. Inspired by Jesus’ words “Love one another as I have loved you,” our philosophy is simple: to provide Radical Loving Care.
Saint Jude Hospice provides comprehensive end of life care. This includes medical care from doctors, nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as dieticians and respiratory therapists. Additionally we provide, emotional and spiritual support, hospice aides to help with activities of daily living, music therapy, massage therapy, support from volunteers and bereavement care . Respite services are available to relieve individuals caring for a loved one, and continuous care is available for up to 24 hours a day during periods of crisis.
Funding comes from Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and individuals. No one with a life-limiting or terminal illness is ever turned away because of an inability to pay.
