They do not micromanage their employees -therefore, this allows me to be confident in what I do. It makes me want to be the best employee possible. The work environment is friendly and someone is always willing to help. One can always count on the support of the leaders-their door is always open. SAM is a wonderful place to work.

I love spending my day doing meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of children. I love growing as a professional with the unwavering support of our two principals.
