With an average of 10 years of development experience, each team member brings something unique to the job. Our colleagues are able to live in high quality of life, low cost of living areas while working on a variety of interesting, collaborative and challenging projects.
Over the last decade, we’ve bridged the gap between businesses and professionals living and working in communities across the country and advanced our mission in bringing thousands of jobs back to the U.S.

Rural Sourcing Inc. prides itself on the work-life balance it is able to provide colleagues. We have a work hard/ play hard outlook on work. RSI Colleagues are offered a flexible work schedule, leaves of absence, paid vacation, floating holidays, and sick leave. We understand that “things” come up and we empower our colleagues to manage their client commitments while enjoying flexible work hours. Additionally, we recognize the joys of birth and offer paid time off to each through maternity/paternity leave which allows extra time off to celebrate their new bundles of joy! We also understand the trials that follow tragedy or family loss and provide time off for those more despairing times as well. Our family-like, collaborative environment encourages colleagues to enjoy the occasional foosball table showdown, video game tournament, movie nights with Colleagues or rivalry of the RSI sports leagues.
At RSI, we enjoy the variety and uniqueness that each colleague brings to the team. We recently introduced an initiative called “Colleague Spotlight”. In our monthly newsletter, we feature interviews with different members of the RSI team that highlights what makes them unique. The colleague spotlight allows colleagues to learn things about their fellow colleagues that they may not have known otherwise. With our development centers continually growing, this initiative has become even more important. The feedback from our colleagues has been great and we are currently thinking of new ways to foster even more of an intertwined workforce. While RSI fosters its company culture as a whole, each of our development centers has their own culture within the culture. Instead of rejecting this, we embrace it and appreciate the different perspectives that each center brings to the table. Diversity is at the core of RSI’s culture. We know that without great colleagues on our team, we can’t provide the stellar client services we’re known for in the communities in which we are located. RSI seeks to promote diversity and ensure equal inclusion for all our colleagues.
