As a company that has announced a 100% ESOP transition, we have continued to be viewed as the “the place to be”. We give our employees a voice within the company highlighted by 8 supporting “action teams,” each containing a cross section of employees focused on making improvements at R/M. The input from the action teams has impacted important, long lasting changes at R/M, with a few examples highlighted in the previous section. More specifically, our mentoring program has allowed our newer staff to quickly accelerate their career progression. Mentors at R/M aren’t always your direct supervisor, but can be found in other areas of the company, including the Executive Team. As a company, our Employee Wellness Appreciation Team strives to bring fun and creative internal events to our employees such as Brewers games, camping trips, breakfast with Santa and many more. These events continue to shape who we are internally and where we want to be.
