We convene our full team every quarter to celebrate our successes from the past few months, host our peer-to-peer recognition program celebrating demonstration of our core values, our curators host a show and tell with new acquisitions and key artifacts, we give out tenure awards for milestone anniversaries, which include mini electric guitars (5, 10, 15), gold records (20), and induction trophies (25!)
