In 1985, Ventana Medical Systems was founded by a pathologist: Dr. Thomas Grogan. Forty years later the driving commitment to innovation at RTD continues to guide our daily work as we break barriers that aim to meet the future needs of patients and labs.
Every year across the globe, more than 14 million people develop cancer, a number that is expected to grow to more than 21 million by the year 2030. Continually strengthening our diagnostic solutions improves chances of survival for the millions of people living with cancer.
We currently provide more than 250 cancer tests and associated instruments, making us the leading global supplier of cancer diagnostic systems to the pathology market.
