To further enhance our corporate culture, we established an employee engagement committee which is dedicated to creating an environment that fosters team building and collaboration in an inclusive environment. The committee has planned several employee events over the past year including office lunches & happy hours, holiday parties, recreational events, office clean-up day and other work-day themed happenings.
Robinson also established a Stewardship initiative. The initiative is dedicated to strengthening our relationships and increasing engagement with our client communities. Our staff is encouraged to volunteer in the community and participate in local organizations and/or provide assistance to a non-profit or charity. Additionally, we implemented a Volunteer Time Off policy which allows employees to give-back during work hours.
