We are an integrator of manufacturing equipment and systems. For more than 80 years we've been engineering optimal workspaces and workflows that help customers work better, harder, and more efficiently. Our sales and engineering teams specialize in material handling, robotics, packaging, cranes, and industrial scales. We provide the equipment and systems integration for anything your company needs to produce. We have offices in Des Moines, Davenport, Omaha, Kansas City, Chicago, and Minneapolis.

During the past decade we’ve seen 110% growth, expanding to over 100 employees with minimal turnover thanks to a fun and challenging work environment, and our commitment to a healthy work/life balance. RMH empowers employees and offers opportunities for personal development.
At RMH Systems we know that giving back to the community is important, and that is why we implemented our RMH Systems Serves program. The RMH Serves program encourages employees to go out and make a difference in their communities through numerous volunteer opportunities in their area. We collect money for a specific charity each year at Christmas and we participate in team building events around volunteering such as Meals from the Heartland and Habitat for Humanity. Through the RMH charitable fund, we were able to donate a total of $10,000 to charities such as the Food Bank of Iowa, YESS, Hope Ministries, and the Red Cross.
