We try to create a culture of compassion and integrity by living these core values at every level of our organization from the owner down to the newest caregiver. Our owner gives a presentation during orientation that sets the stage for these core values and is a walking example of them as well. She tells each employee she things of them as hearts not heads and on the first day sets the stage for a culture of care from the very top level.
