Since 1979, Ricker Oil Company, Inc. d/b/a Ricker's has been providing, high quality fuels, clean convenience stores, and marketing/supply services to companies and consumers throughout the state of Indiana. Ricker's rolled out a proprietary food offer in 2015, expanded the offer to more locations in 2016, and unveiled Ricker's Kitchen in 2017.

Our culture is to take care of our Ricker's family members (employees) who in turn will take care of our customers. Programs are designed to support, encourage, and foster this philosophy. Programs include Employee of the Month (for hourly employees and store leadership), Employee Appreciation Week, Annual Recognition Banquet, Recognition for Years of Service, The WOW Event a fun venue, food, and time of interaction (our way of thanking employees for living our mission and culture), Halloween Contest, and fun dress days.
