We believe in fostering a workplace culture that develops leaders and values diversity, working to make our communities better. Our Learning & Development department is central to our culture, with leadership development programs for newly promoted and experienced leaders; a partner candidate academy; and a rainmakers academy. Further, performance coaches provide support and direction to employees.
Two updates we’ve made to further enhance our culture this past year:
- "Dress Smart Policy" allows each employee to decide whether to dress in casual (jeans), business casual or professional attire based upon the day’s schedule.
- New performance management system has user-friendly, social media design to enable real-time & frequent feedback and encourage coaching with performance coaches.
