It's super flexible, I get to work from home, coworkers are amazing and available if you need help with anything, and I feel heard by the Leadership team which is key for something I look for in a job.

I am part of something meaningful that has a positive impact on the planet. My boss is supportive of me and gives me the tools I need to succeed.

I feel like I have the autonomy to make decisions and my manager trusts me to make decisions. We are constantly looking for ways to be better and look for innovative and creative solutions.

The culture of Revant and the people I work with. I don't wake up dreading going to this job or counting down the days to Friday. Also, it is nice to have a job that doesn't make you feel you need to have a couple of beers when you get home just to start to relax.
