I get to do something that I love to do for a group of doctors that I trust.

I love working at Retina Consultants of Texas because it allows me to use my strengths to support leaders, build strong relationships, and contribute to meaningful work that truly impacts others. It’s a place where I feel valued, connected, and purpose-driven every day.

I am able to be apart of the mission even though I'm not a doctor. All aspects of the work here are for a greater purpose.

I get to work with accomplished individuals and teams each day to provide excellent care to our patients. My grandmother has been coming to RCTX for sixteen years, so to now be on the other side of care is meaningful. I love the mix of patient care with research and endless opportunities to learn/ try new things.

I trust in the mission, and I know that the work my team is doing is improving the lives of our patients. I truly like the people I work with, and I feel seen and appreciated by RCTX.

The environment gives me space to learn in many different ways. No matter the question my team is always ready to lend a helping hand.

My supervisor encourages and motivates me to want to do my best. She motivates me to want to learn more while making it fun and engaging. It's been a long time since I've worked for a company that I don't stress out about every morning. I have a great team that works well and communicates.

I love taking care of our patients. We are very blessed to work for RCTX and to prevent blindness. Its aprivelege to be in my position working with an amazing doctor. I am blessed to work here among amazing teammrnbers. I am excited to see future

I love my job because there is so much to learn about two round balls on our faces. It is so interesting how much our Eyes need attention when it comes to preserving our vision. I love the attention we give our patients, I enjoy the work I do and it helps me become a better version of myself.

I enjoy patients with more complex vision issues and being part of clinical research trials.

I love my job because there is always opportunity for growth and leaders truly care for their team members. Working remotely is not always easy but having a team of people who are always there to answer questions, encourage positivity, and promote growth makes me want to continue working for RCTX.

What we do enables people to have their vision. We are always innovating, building, and growing in our knowledge and as a Corporation. I love interacting with our patients and our teams. Brings me so much joy that what we do gives patients the best quality of life possible visually for those that we can treat and care for.

It feels great knowing I am supporting a company with the goal to cure blindness. I love my team and the overall culture that is constantly being improved upon.

I feel a sense of reward being able to work as a team to help our patients.
