I get to interact with each customer one-on-one. Every time someone says “Thank you” or “I greatly appreciate your help,” it's a reminder that the work I do is making an impact on someone else. I also have a wonderful office environment and everyone cares about helping each other achieve our collective goals.

my manager here is so amazing! She is such an amazing woman! Always on top of things and she cares about her employees like we are her own family! Our RPM exec team is amazing as well and always so responsive!!!

I love my job because I can be part of the growth of our team members through training, mentoring, encouragement and growth in their specific roles within the company. In addition, I contribute to the development and continued prosperity of well managed communities. Furthermore, we are just one big happy family!

I love coming to work everyday because I love my job. I love my residents and they love me. When I'm not at work, I am always there if needed no matter where I am or what I am doing!

Every day is different.. Once in a while you run across someone that you can help who is genuinely appreciative and thankful. It is those people that make the job worth it and out way the negative people who seem so abundant these days.
