Reflexive Concepts stands by their integrity to bring me work that I enjoy doing rather than placing me somewhere for their sole benefit. Many teammates in past projects brought up their unhappiness with their project placement by their employer and would leave not long after failed attempts to convince their employer to find them a more interesting project. Currently I have been with my project for almost 2 years and the work became less interesting due to factors outside my company's control--upon informing them of my dissatisfaction, I was quickly presently with other options to pursue.

I am free to move projects whenever I choose. Reflexive will go out of their way to place you in a project that you can thrive in and enjoy.
