At the monthly All Hands meeting, RedSeal's CEO recognizes employees who personify the company values; nominations are solicited from all employees via a confidential survey each month. Surveys are launched before monthly All Hands to solicit topics of interest and those "tough to ask in public" questions confidentially. Responses are reviewed by the CEO and addressed during the All Hands meeting. Employee feedback is the cornerstone of continually improving our culture with confidence.
