We value our agents and seek to provide multiple services and tools to assist them in building their business, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, digital marketing platforms and support, ongoing education seminars, and an in-house business development expert. We also put on several annual events for employees, including offsite, overnight retreats, an awards breakfast, and a gratitude breakfast featuring an inspirational speaker.
