A Twin Cities based nonprofit whose mission is to provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community. Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity. As an organization, we believe our community is a better place when it is inclusive, and every individual and family, regardless of ability, has the chance to be successful.
Purpose
We support over 2,100 children, adults, and families each year through a wide range of disability and mental health services, helping individuals to live, thrive, and engage in their community.
Disability Services
Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion – Accessible programs and community partnerships that promote social engagement and active lifestyles.
Employment Supports – Job coaching, skills training, and workplace accommodations to help individuals find and maintain meaningful employment.
In-Home Supports – Personalized support to build life skills, manage daily tasks, and foster independence.
Transportation – Safe, affordable, and accessible rides for individuals with disabilities to increase independence.
Mental Health Services
Therapy (talk, art & music) – Strengths-based, person-centered therapy for adolescents, adults and families to support emotional well-being.
Case Management (Children’s & Adult Services) – Coordinating resources and services for individuals with mental health concerns and disabilities.
Parenting Capacity Services – Strengthening parenting skills to create safe, stable environments for children.
ARMHS – Helping adults develop coping strategies, independent living skills, and social connections.

Reach has won numerous awards for workplace wellness & inclusion from Hennepin County, Minneapolis and the State of Minnesota. This includes being a certified Breastfeeding Workplace, 5-star msp Wellness Champion and Wellness by Design recipient.
