A Twin Cities based nonprofit whose mission is to empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. As an organization, we believe our community is a better place when it is inclusive, and every individual and family, regardless of ability, has the chance to be successful.
Purpose
Reach for Resources is a nonprofit whose mission is to empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. We provide a wide variety of services to over 1,400 people in the areas of Adaptive Recreation, Case Management, Employment Supports, Housing Supports, Inclusion, Independent Living Skills, In-Home Supports, Counseling and Mental Health. Reach helps adults with disabilities achieve the highest level of self-reliance possible while helping them to integrate into their communities.

Reach has won numerous awards for workplace wellness & inclusion from Hennepin County, Minneapolis and the State of Minnesota. This includes being a certified Breastfeeding Workplace, 5-star msp Wellness Champion and Wellness by Design recipient.
