Raymond Southern California is a commercial union subcontractor specializing in drywall, framing, and high-end custom finishes. We helped build some of the first planned residential communities in the country. We were part of the teams that built some of the most iconic buildings in major cities from Hawaii to Connecticut and as far away as Hong Kong. But what George Raymond started in 1936 as one of Southern California’s original lath and plaster companies has grown into so much more. One thing that has not changed since the company began is our understanding that people and teamwork are at the center of all we do. Still proudly owned by the Raymond family, Raymond Southern CA employs hundreds of artisans and professionals. These are the hands that build and finish each detail of often challenging interior and exterior projects. With a continuing dedication to excellence, integrity, quality, and safety, Raymond remains a central part of the teams that are working on premier projects.

In spite of not working in the same building for months on end, the bonds of family that had been created remained strong and true. With our mantra of “We Got This” we exited this past year even more united. After a year unlike any other seen for 100 previous we remained as we had been before - caring; compassionate; considerate; honest; friendly; welcoming; sincere; respectful and selfless. It is due to this as well as countless other reasons that Raymond is a "top" workplace.
