We have active participation serving various non-profit organizations within the Metro Detroit area such as Gilda’s Club, Forgotten Harvest, Gleaner's, Open Door Outreach Center, Blight Busters and Wreaths Across America.
In addition to community service, we do firm wide activities on a monthly basis for team building such as attending sporting events, hosting dinners, book clubs, and playing in various sports leagues.
Unique to our firm, we have all-day employee events with the goal to provide a platform for education, marketing support and to have fun! We generate high productivity by operating fun competition amongst our advisors with an exciting atmosphere. Our leadership team and product partners provide meals, have various venders come in for employee appreciation such as shoe-shining, chair massages, ice-cream bar, arcade games, and recognize and reward leaders throughout the event. At Prudential Advisors, we encourage not only for our external client to bring their challenges, but also our internal client. We believe not only in doing what you love, but loving what you do.
