Providence Community Health Centers
Purpose
PCHC is committed to building upon our longstanding history of providing primary care such as prenatal, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, adult medicine and elder care. In meeting the growing needs of our current and future patients, we will continue to provide specialty care services, school-based services, and community-focused patient education.
We affirm explicitly and unequivocally our identity as an anti-racist organization, and we are committed to continuous structural examination and remediation of all forms of bias in our organization and communities.
We will dedicate ourselves to collaborating with government agencies and other organizations to meet the health care needs of the families and individuals that we are privileged to serve.
We commit ourselves to help all who need us by providing employment, health care services, education, and community support regardless of cultural background, social barriers, race, gender, sexual orientation, belief systems, or ability to pay.
