I love my job because it has multi layers of support available at every moment. The interactions with co-workers is incredible. I see that the teamwork efforts make the company a well rounded environment. There is room to grow and expand skills and the company motivates the workers to strive for more .

My job gives me the opportunity to be there for callers who are struggling with addiction and or behavioral mental health issues. Being able to share my lived experience and my recovery journey is very meaningful and to be a guide as well as an example that recovery is possible is very rewarding.

I love my job because of the support I get from my SUP, my peers and other management. Our mission is so critical.

In terms of the culture at Protocall, I really enjoy how connected everyone tries to be to one another. I love how supportive management and my peers are. I like that I get constructive criticism from my supervisors so I can grow, but they will also make sure to tell me everything I have done well. In regards to my interaction with callers, I like being able to help others and support them in positive ways and help get them connected to longer term supports. I am proud of myself because I can tell that my skillset is broadening and I am becoming a better and more precise clinician every day and I think a lot of that has to do with the environment I am in. There is always room to grow and learn here and that is very special.

I love my job because I am supported in my role and I love to support our team. I feel blessed to be able to work from home. My job is fulfilling and gives my life purpose.
