Opened by Owner Cindy Feldman in 1984 at the age of 22, Progressions has evolved into a 9,000 square feet of the ultimate salon spa experience. Our team’s mission: making the guest’s day while helping them create their most beautiful self. Top services are haircuts and color (by master colorists), nail treatments, signature facials, therapeutic massages, custom spray tanning and brow design. There is a gift boutique in the retail area for busy guests, and an up-tempo vibe keeps the environment fun.
Multiple times, Salon Today Magazine has recognized Progressions as a “Salon Today 200” salon. We have been honored among our salon industry peers as a leader in categories of Customer Service, Philanthropy, Team Education, Culture and Retail Merchandising and are continuing to be an innovative force in the beauty industry.
Our high standards require team members to continually fine-tune their craft.
New stylist hires, for example, go through a 40-week training program, and our entire team attends regular in-salon trainings. We bring in big-name educators quarterly to help us hire and retain leading talent. Ours is a coaching culture, focused on the whole person—professional and personal.
