This is a job I enjoy doing everyday, and that is a key factor in the drive I have for PHS. If I didn’t enjoy it, I would think of it as something I would want to avoid or to leave as soon as I’m done. But I love it. Sometimes the workload can be a tad bit overwhelming but it’s nothing that I can’t handle and if I ask for help I know I’d receive it. I love my management team, they’re not difficult to reach and they take the time to listen. It’s a great environment and I can see myself working here for a very long time.

I feel "at home," and there is an open-door policy all the way to the top. I have never had a job feel so much like family, and REALLY, honestly, encourage every employee to, not just be a part of the team, but to present their ideas. Any one of our employees has the opportunity to step up with a new idea and have it heard. I feel like the upper management really cares, and they make sure that we know who they are, and that they are seen at every available opportunity.

I love the flexibility of my work environment and everyone is very friendly

Everyone in the company works together for the same goal, and I know that I can reach out to anyone and have a positive interaction

I enjoy my interactions with the patients and growing relationships throughout the company no matter if it’s a coworker or a patient. Learning new skills and enjoying what I love to do to, makes me feel great about myself.

I am trusted to get my work done without being micromanaged, my hard work and results are recognized and appreciated. When I have had special life circumstances (more than once), PHS worked with me (more than once) which enabled me to stay with the company. I love PHS!

I love my job because here at PHS, I am not just a number, we are all family and with every one of the 300 plus employees, we all step up to make sure our patients are treated with dignity and care that they deserve. I love how our CEO has an open door policy that most companies don’t have and this makes me feel like we are all one Team, one family..
