Additional Culture Details

We pride ourselves on superior service, and that service comes from one place: our employees. We know that if we are going to provide our clients with the superb service that we pride ourselves on, we need to attract, retain and engage the best talent in the industry. We have a host of employee committees dedicated to maintaining a great culture, including employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, quality, fun, giving back, and wellness in the workplace, among others. One of our firms stated core behaviors is BE FRIENDLY. This applies to how we treat one another as well as our clients, but it also means that we encourage fun in the workplace. Our Super Fun committees plan regular events throughout the year that promote and encourage interaction, team building and an exciting environment, including bridge building contests during national engineers week, employee outings, sporting events, happy hours, pi day pie contests, and many others. Our other core behavior is SEEK AND SHARE KNOWLEDGE. We've created an environment that encourages employees to learn as often as they can and share what they know with one another.... Read more
