Purpose
Premier Mortgage Resources (PMR) has been helping customers achieve the dream of homeownership since 2005. With licensed locations all over the nation, and staffed by nearly 200 loan officers, PMR is a privately-held mortgage banker that underwrites directly to agency guidelines.
We offer a full menu of mortgage products, and we are an approved Fannie and Freddie seller servicer and direct lender for FHA, VA, and USDA. We also provide numerous portfolio products to better serve our customers. In addition, we have a full reverse Mortgage Banking division, as well as many, delegated Jumbo outlets.

Premier Mortgage Resources (PMR), established in 2005, is an independent, privately held mortgage company founded by some of Portland’s most respected and experienced loan officers, Greg Mirecki and Rich Forde. Mirecki and Forde operated the company successfully for almost a decade.
In 2015, Cory Swain, a native of Idaho with an extensive background in production and operations, joined as a managing partner and oversaw significant growth. In 2021, Swain acquired the company and relocated its headquarters to Meridian, Idaho. In 2022, Swain implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), making PMR 100% employee-owned.
