Populus Group
We really like people here at Populus Group. And at the end of the day, all we want to do is help shape their success stories--and occasionally watch cat videos or play random office games. The culture we foster for our employees (we call them climbers--climbing requires grit, determination and teamwork) encourages storytelling, candor, collaboration and just being your unique, weird self. We deliberately seek out people with vastly different backgrounds so we can get new perspectives and constantly learn. Sticking with the climbing theme, one of our annual incentive trips is a hike to Camp Muir on Mt. Rainier led by our president. Climbers are treated as whole people--not as employees. While we try to create a work environment that climbers enjoy, we always prioritize life outside work and provide the flexibility and perks to support that. We love our work, but we recognize that work is just a piece of the bigger picture. We also recognize that the bigger picture includes people in our communities. As a minority and veteran owned and operated company, improving the lives of kids and veterans in our communities is a huge part of our identity.
