Additional Culture Details
PLEX offers a benefit package that supports the culture we work hard to maintain. We focus on our people, providing reward and recognition for their hard work and commitment to PLEX. Our PLEX Sabbatical is a great example. Employees receive gifts on their anniversary every year. However, when they hit the 5-year anniversary milestone, they receive 2 weeks of paid time off on PLEX, plus an additional $5k to help fund their sabbatical trip, wherever they may go! Our PLEX Ownership Program, the POP, is another great example. Employees receive shares in PLEX each year as the company grows with the idea being that the longer a person is with PLEX, the more shares they accrue! We also have monthly events, monthly facetime with leadership, training and development opportunities, support for our veteran's and so much more.
