Additional Culture Details
PlanSource provides additional workplace benefits which enhance the culture of the organization. Healthy breakroom snacks are provided daily. Our people have the ability to work from home. We offer flexible hours to accommodate school events, doctor appointments, and other things in peoples’ daily lives. Our offices have private rooms dedicated to new moms who choose to breastfeed. We offer to people free or discounted tickets to local entertainment or sporting events. We choose to celebrate our people often, including providing 10 annual holidays for time away, monthly employee birthday celebrations (which often are themed), monthly “just-for-fun” celebrations like “national waffle day” and “wear your favorite sports team shirt”, and we even offer free year-end massages as gifts for our employees.
PlanSource also celebrates outside of the office with our people! We host an annual Summer Family Gathering where we invite employees to bring their families, too. We host routine team building activites and trainings for our people. Furthermore at the end of each year, we celebrate our hard work with a well-deserved holiday party for our employees.
