Our team of experienced insurance experts, finance strategists, and consultants has helped helped over 1,100 Pinecrest clients optimize their group health coverage, navigate complex tax credits and audits, and improve efficiency and profitability.
Purpose
Pinecrest's mission is to provide enterprise-grade consulting services to small and midsize businesses, enabling them to achieve benefits and value that would typically require the resources and expertise of much larger organizations. We help them navigate the complex financial and legal world of tax credits, improve their employee healthcare coverage and rates, and identify and implement new processes and technologies to drive innovation.

Pinecrest Consulting (and its insurance brand, Innovative Benefits), believes that how we treat our employees is how they'll treat our clients. We strengthen our office culture by finding ways to bring employees and leaders together through a variety of fun activities and venues: a fully stocked break room with snacks and drinks, multiple catered meals per week, and lounge areas with couches, massage chairs, and TVs with various video game consoles. Emplyoees can often be found engaging in Nerf gun fights around the office, having putting matches, or throwing footballs.
