We offer a full continuum of care — from independent living to rehabilitation, personal care, and memory support — through eight communities and four pharmacies in 12 Pennsylvania counties.

Faith in Action is a philosophy instituted by Phoebe Ministries in 2009 with core values to provide compassionate resident-centered care and staff interactions at Phoebe. These positive, caring interactions continue to be the core of the “Phoebe difference.”
