Annually, PHLY partners with a local non-profit whose mission is to improve Philadelphia’s parks. Together, we hold a community planting event where over 40 employees plant trees, shrubs, grasses and other herbaceous plants to increase the amount of vegetation life in urban areas, promoting environmental equity within those neighborhoods.

PHLY encourages employees’ to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle and is committed to our employees’ health and wellness! To further this commitment, PHLY sponsored employee’s participation in the Blue Cross Broad Street Run.
