I get to work both as an individual, but also part of a team. My department is supportive, collaborative, and driven toward the same goals. There is never a day I "don't want to go to work," and I know that not many people can say they feel that way. I feel supported on a daily basis and am committed to being a part of the organization's overall growth moving forward.
